Salem Automotive offers you a choice of auto service packages, depending on your needs. Take a look below and choose the auto service package you prefer. Standard A1 Service

Performed every 5,000 miles or 6 months.

• Oil change using Honda factory oil filter and blended synthetic oil up to 6 quarts
• Rotate tires
• Check fluid levels of brake, power steering, and coolant and add proper fluids if needed
• Inspect air filter
• Check condition of wiper blades
• Check condition of battery, belts and hoses
• Check condition of tires, including tread depth
• Adjust tire pressure
• Perform visual inspection of brakes, shocks and struts, and the underside of vehicle for fluid leaks and damage

B1 Service

Performed every 10,000 miles or 12 months. 

Standard A1 service plus:

• Measure and report tread depth and brake pad thickness
• “You see what we see” digital photos and/or video report
• Test drive by your technician
• Technician will talk through what he observed concerning the condition of your vehicle

Deep Dive Inspection

When you're considering purchasing a used car, your child is headed to college, you have a car that has sat for over a year or any other time you want a thorough inspection of the vehicle. 

Inspect everything as we would on the B1 inspection plus:

• Test the function of all the car's systems: engine, transmission, HVAC, braking, electrical charging, steering and suspension
• Test the function of the vehicle's interior features 
• Thorough scan of your car's computer systems
• Check vehicle history on Carfax for any maintenance work that needs to be done
• Get your radio codes
• Check the condition of spark plugs 
• Verify the age of tires and check against manufacturer recommendations
• Test the brake fluid for moisture. 
• Test the rating of the coolant
• Detailed report with “you see what we see” pictures, recommendations, and information about your car
